The College of Engineering and Computer Science only accepts students for the fall semester. The application period for fall admission opens the previous October 1. The application period for fall admission closes the previous November 30. Please visit the Office of Admissions website for more information.

Once you have submitted your application send an official copy of your high school transcript. If you have taken any courses at a university or college, you will also need to send official transcripts. TRANSCRIPTS
Once you have submitted your online application send official copies of transcripts from all colleges and universities attended since high school to electronically at the Office of Admissions.
You can check the status of your application to a bachelor's program by logging onto www.fullerton.edu/titanonline with your CWID (Campus Wide ID) and PIN (Personal Identification Number). Both were provided to you in a letter sent by the Office of Admissions shortly after you applied. If you do not know your CWID you can access that information at https://my.fullerton.edu/csufcwid/ by providing your name and social security number. You may also present photo identification at the Admissions in Langsdorf Hall, Room 111 to receive your CWID and PIN. If you are unable to come to the CSUF campus please call the Office of Admissions at (714) 278-3100.

The link to "Fee Information" on the left will give you information on Registration Fees (required for all students) and Non-Resident Tuition (required for students who are not legal residents of California for residency purposes). More information about undergraduate admissions can be found at Admissions and the Catalog. Information about transfer credit (AP, community college, etc.) is also available. You can also use www.assist.org to determine whether or not courses you've taken at a community college are equivalent to courses at CSUF.
In order to meet the minimum requirements for undergraduate (bachelor's degree) admission, international applicants who are graduates of secondary schools must have preparation equivalent to that required of eligible California high school graduates. You must have completed all requirements of the secondary school and have proof of your degree. Applications from international students who have completed a two-year program in an accredited institution of higher education, in good standing and with a good academic record, will be considered for undergraduate transfer status.
Freshman applicants who graduated from a secondary school outside of the United States are not required to take the SAT I (Scholastic Assessment Test) or ACT (American College Test).
Transfer or graduate applicants do not need to take the SAT or ACT.
International students who have attended or graduated from a United States high school are required to submit SAT or ACT scores. Registration forms and dates for the SAT or ACT are available from high school or college counselors or from a CSU campus testing office. TRANSCRIPTS
Freshman (first year undergraduate) admission, an official transcript with grades for each semester and proof of degree is required from your secondary school.
Transfer (third year undergraduate) admission, an official transcript is required for each university or college attended since secondary school (you do not need to send records from your secondary school). Transcripts and degree certificates issued in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

TOEFL/IELTS
If your native language is not English, you must submit TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) scores before your application can be processed.

You must submit TOEFL/IELTS scores even if you are a US citizen or have been living and working in the United States for many years since you received your degree. The CSUF policy is based on where you attended school, not your citizenship or how long you have been in the United States.

TOEFL/IETLS scores are not required if you have attended for at least three years, full-time, an educational institution at the secondary level or above in the United States.
American Language Program
Students who do not meet the minimum TOEFL or IELTS requirement may be eligible to enroll in the American Language Program (ALP), where academic English instruction is provided to prepare students to become successful in a university degree program. Advanced students may take one or more university courses for credit. Conditional admission to CSUF through ALP is available for all undergraduate and graduate majors in the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
